Once we have received your setup information, we will mock up your tournament registration page, and send you a PROOF for final approval.

NOTE: You DO NOT need to create a user profile to submit this form.

- We can close your online registration in one of two ways...

1. Your registration will be closed on the FRI one week before your
event (ie 7-8 days before your event). A payment report and check will
be mailed out on SAT, guaranteeing all funds arrive PRIOR to your
event. [About 5 percent of tournaments use this method].

2. You can elect to take LATE REGISTRATIONS up to the WED, THU or FRI
before your event (ie 1 day before your event). In this case, we
will mail out a payment report and check on the FRI before your event
(ie 7-8 days before your event) which will arrive PRIOR to your event,
then a SECOND CHECK for the LATE REGISTRATIONS on THU, FRI or SAT (ie
1 day before your event) which will arrive the following week AFTER
THE EVENT. In most cases, the convenience of allowing late
registrations far out weighs having to "float" a few hundred dollars
from your TD or Club account until the last payment check arrives.
[About 95 percent of tournaments use this method].

3 day events (FRI-SUN) close on WED EVE
2 day events (SAT-SUN) close on THU EVE
1 day SAT events close on THU EVE
1 day SUN events close on FRI EVE
- This schedule insures that you will have a full day prior to your
event to process last minute entries.

NOTE: If fewer than 10 entries are received or the entries received
total less than $250.00, we will roll the entries received to date
into the final payment check.

NOTE: If you run a LARGE EVENT (field >144), you can elect to have
incremental checks sent throughout the registration process (ie every
50, 75, 100 entries, etc [minimum of 50 entries per check]).
