PDGA SIGN UP - Online Registration - TOURNAMENT SETUP

Please complete the following form for each tournament that you are running.

Once we have received your setup information, we will mock up your tournament registration page, and send you a PROOF for final approval.

NOTE: You DO NOT need to create a user profile to submit this form.
NOTE: If you miss a required field the first time through, and get an 'error message' letting you know what you missed, just scroll down to the highlighted field and enter the data. DO NOT use the browsers back button, as you will lose the information previously entered.

Note: The PDGA Sign Up System will be integrated into the new www.pdga.com website in JAN 2013. A new setup form will be used for events taking place after DEC 2012. If your event is in JAN 2013 or beyond, do not use this form. More information will be posted on www.pdga.com soon.
